Kickball Returns 2: the Remake

October 21: The Sequels took on the Remakes in a close game that ended with the Remakes catching up 6 runs to win in the bottom of the 9th (or probably the 4th or 5th). For the last play of the game with 2 outs, 2 to win and 2 on John made a daring magic base attempt after a strong kick by Katharine. With only 5 on 5 the open field allowed for a tremendous magic base action and a high scoring game. In fact almost every member of the Sequels made a magic base attempt. Shoes were lost, knees were scraped, outs were made but the risk, thrill and shine off the 'best magic base' plaque continued to draw players up the hill.

Afterwards sco-cones and heckling the WAKA games on the lower field were enjoyed by all.
